Application Fee - Single Family-$350.00 / Multi Family-$550.00 includes Credit Report, Appraisal and Commitment Fees*. No surprises at Closing!

* {Loans under $150,000 will be subject to a commitment fee.}

Free Re-Lock Option - If you choose to lock-in your rate at time of application, you may relock your rate (one time) if the rate has decreased during the processing of the loan. You must exercise your re-lock option prior to receiving your commitment.

Preferred Apple Perks - Once you've closed your loan with us, you become a PREFERRED APPLE. This status entitles you to any 1st mortgage application, FREE! That's right, 2nd home, investment, refinance or purchase, FREE!! NO APPLICATION FEE! NO SURPRISES!
